Winnipeg evening to help fight homelessness

The Main Street Project works to offer care and compassion to Winnipeg's homeless, and it will be the host for a special evening on the way for the city.

The not-for-profit organization will be marking spring’s arrival with its Hope Grows Here celebration, which will be its signature fundraiser. Tickets start at $225.00 for early bird passes, and after April 15th, the price will go up.

The gathering will offer a glimpse into the work the group undertakes throughout the year, and those on the guest list will be able to mingle and meet others who share their interest in making a difference. Dinner service is on the agenda, and this will be prepared by the chef at the Hotel Fairmont Winnipeg. A silent auction of donated experiences and Corporate Gifts is in the works, and live music and presentations will round out the celebration.

A fundraiser like this gives the public an opportunity to support a cause they are passionate about. A brochure printing company can prepare Booklets to distribute to the attendees that show how their assistance is making a difference.

Hope Grows Here will be welcoming those on its guest list starting at 6:00 pm on May 9th. It is scheduled for the Hotel Fairmont Winnipeg, and tickets may be purchased by visiting its Eventbrite listing.
