North Vancouver session will craft viola wreaths

Violas, also known as “Johnny Jump Ups” and “mini pansies” will be the stars of the show for an activity that will craft living decor.

Gardenworks North Shore in North Vancouver will be celebrating spring with a workshop that will be making viola wreaths. The base will be made from moss, and there are two different start times available.

The $55.99 registration fee for the session will include the materials and instruction, and the facilitator will walk the attendees through the steps of completing their project. Everyone can choose their favourite viola colour, and they will then plant them into their moss wreath, which will keep their plants healthy and happy. The finished piece may be hung on a door or other location, and everyone will learn how to care for their creation so it continues to look great. Additional materials will be available for purchase if desired. The class runs for one hour.

Gardeners and crafters alike are often eager to pick up a new skill, and they may do so by attending a class or workshop. Stationery printers may be called on to prepare Copies of handouts and other items for an activity.

Gardenworks Canada North Shore will be teaching how to craft these living wreaths on March 16th. The venue for the activity will be 95 Phillip Avenue, and 11:00 am and 2:00 pm start times are available.
