Langley sees influx of high-end car showrooms

The city of Langley is being targeted for the luxury automobile market. After Infinity, Audi ,and BMW Mini Cooper, the next upmarket brand to jump on the bandwagon is Mercedes-Benz/Smart, unleashing a high-traffic 4,300 square meter showroom in the city, which set for its opening in 2013. Audi and Infinity are expected to open later on this year.

The official announcement came on June 25 after city council gave two readings to approve a bylaw to rezone the plot of land upon which the future sales centre will reside. The rezoning will allow the future construction of the automotive dealership, hitherto the site of a proposed light rail service within the Valley. Mercedes-Benz has ratified a formal leaseing agreement with Kwantlen First Nation, who are the owners of the property.

The new sales center will be constructed at the corner of Glover Road and Langley Bypass on land which is thus far undeveloped. The Audi and Infinity brands are part of Anthem Properties’ Langley Auto Collection.

The exciting addition of sleek, high-end cars to the local luxury car market in Langley is likely to provide tremendous future advertising opportunities to local printers in the area, as car sales rely extensively on eye-catching, colorful and detailed Print to sell cars. Business card printing, glossy brochure printing, and professional and intricate poster printing are a few of the business services local printers can provide to the future luxury automobile dealerships opening in the area.
