Creating floral table decor doesn't have to be a difficult task, and those who take part in a Langley workshop will craft a centerpiece they can use for their own Thanksgiving celebrations.
Early Bird Family Farm in Langley will be teaching how to transform a selection of seasonal flowers into a unique “ Garden gathered” style arrangement, and a special living container will be used to hold the blossoms. If they prefer, the learners can prepare two smaller bouquets, and there is room for up to 16 guests.
The group will learn how to create a “vase” using the gourd or pumpkin of their choice, and once it is ready, they will add their flowers. Caring for their new floral display will be discussed, and tips for growing plants using organic techniques will also be provided. The event will be held outdoors, and there will be plenty of room for social distancing.
