Many residents of Langley are proud to call the community home, and a huge celebration will showcase what makes it such a great place to live next month.
The Langley Community Block Party will be welcoming the public in mid-June, and admission is free of charge. It will showcase a selection of local mobile food service vendors, as well as other small businesses, and those interested are encouraged to get together with their friends and family and head on down to the party.
Aloha Poke, KYU Grill and Betty’s Greek Honey Ballz are just some of the food trucks that will be participating in the activity, and the curated selection of small businesses, courtesy of BC Shop Local, will include Dipsy Doodle Candy, Ivy Lynne Home and Eco Beige. Live entertainers will keep everyone smiling, and the eight-hour, festival-style celebration will be held in Douglas Park. It will be a time for old friends to catch up and learn more about what their home community has to offer.
Attending a local festival can be a lot of fun, and a flyer printing company can create eye-catching materials to spread the word that can also be quite economical.
Langley will be one of four stops on the Community Block Party summer tour, and its edition is scheduled for June 18th. The festivities are set to begin at 11:00 am.
