Between shopping decorating, event planning and other tasks, the holidays can be a stressful time, and a Langley event will give people a chance to relax, unwind and recharge.
The Trading Post Brewery has planned an hour of activity for a December morning that it hopes will give those who take part a mini “staycation” from their holiday stress. The participants will be led through a session of Hatha yoga, which is intended to bring a sense of balance and relaxation. It will be led by an experienced facilitator.
Along with the yoga, the eventgoers will be able to enjoy a 16oz glass of locally brewed craft beer. They can choose the flavour they wish to try, and flights will be available for anyone who wold like to purchase one separately. An area printer can design custom Drinkware that can be used by a brewery during public events such as this. Only a limited number of spots are available, so anyone who is especially interested in taking part has been asked to register as soon as they can to avoid disappointment.
The ticket price for this morning of Hatha and hops has been planned for December 16 at Langley’s Trading Post Brewery. The ticket price, which has been set at $20.00, includes the yoga and a 16oz glass of beer. Anyone who plans on attending is asked to bring along their yoga mat.
