Its time for Grave Tales again in Langley

Residents of Langley are invited to take part in enjoying a spooky good time while learning something about the area’s history.

The Grave Tales waking tour will be taking place in Fort Langley for another year. This haunted walk takes participants through the town while they listen to creepy stories about the people who once called it home.

The program, which is put on by Parks Canada, is built around stories they obtained when they canvassed local families to find out about any ghostly tales that they might have in their past. Instead of the dozen they expected, they received thousands of answers as they went door to door. They took the most common ones and used them to narrate the walking tour.

That was ten years ago, and for the past nine years, Grave Tales has continued to provide tours to a sold out audiences. Guests get to enjoy a walk through the town while the tales are told, then they can either sit around the fire and talk some more or enjoy the site on their own. A printing services company can create Booklets that compile the stories and include even more for the guests to take home with them

Both family friendly and adults only tours are offered, and those who are interested in taking part can visit http://www.brownpapertickets.com/ for more information or to purchase tickets.
