Sherwood Park is set to spring into a new season with a pop-up market that will offer lots of shopping choices.
The annual Spring Market, which is scheduled to welcome the public at Millennium Place, will show some love and support to local small businesses. The organizers have explained that the schedule for the weekend may need to be adjusted due to the most current COVID prevention measures in place in the province, but the plans currently include mascots, live music and face painting for the kids.
The line-up of companies will include at least 60 participants, and they will offer everything from clothing, make up and personal care products to culinary, craft and pet items. Some of the vendors will only be able to make the Saturday session, so those who are interested in specific businesses may wish to consult the function’s web listening to ensure they will be on site.
When making arrangements to be part of a community market like this, a business may want to pay a visit to a local business card printing company first, as Business Cards can be powerful marketing materials.
This salute to Sherwood Park’s small businesses will take place on May 8th and 9th. Additional details, as well as an up-to-date list of participating companies, are available on its Facebook listing.
