An upcoming Sherwood Park area event has been planned that will showcase the culinary talents of local chefs and others who work in the food service industry.
‘Savour’ will be bringing together independent chefs as well as musical artists in an occasion that will see locally sourced ingredients transformed into a variety of dishes. Both food trucks and restaurant operators will be included in the lineup for the festivities, while a variety of musicians will be taking to the main stage to perform for the crowd.
Admission to the event is free of charge, and the attendees can purchase taste tickets which they can redeem at the different vendors who will be on site. At least 14 different food service providers are scheduled to be included in the event, and more than a dozen performers have been booked as well.
The planners of this community-based food festival have put out a call to the local area for volunteers to help make it a great experience for everyone who takes part. A printing services provider can supply T-Shirts for those who lend a helping hand, as well as Banners, signage, and any other printed materials needed to ensure the occasion is a success.
