A terrarium provides a way to garden in miniature, and a Sherwood Park workshop will be constructing these planters with a special spooky twist.
The team at Salisbury Greenhouse will be walking those who register for its DIY Cemetariums workshop through the steps of crafting their terrarium. Each participant will be able to customize their project, and the cost will depend on which items they choose.
When they arrive at the venue, the ticket holders will be greeted and take their seats, and it will then be time to learn about terrariums, including which plants tend to do well in this sort of planting. After this, the students will visit the shop’s floor so they can choose the items for their individual project. Before they head for home, they will be asked to visit the venue’s front cash so they can make their payment. Everyone is asked to leave any outside materials at home, and the $10.00 fee required to secure a spot can be used towards the purchase of materials.
A terrarium building class can be a fun way to learn some new horticultural skills. Sheets of plant care tips can help attendees to keep their mini garden in top form. Workshop materials can be prepared by a brochure printing company.
This spooky planting session will be on offer in Sherwood Park on October 19th. It will begin at 9:30 am.
