An event geared towards Sherwood Park’s community of businesswomen has been added to the agenda for mid-May, and it will be on offer at a local event venue.
Women in Business Association Strathcona County (WIBASC) is offering seats in its May Pink Tea, which will be focused on issues impacting businesses in the region. Its organizers explained that this will be the second time the function has taken place, and the first one was a big success.
The attendees at the function will be offered tea and a light lunch, and they will be organized into discussion tables. Everyone will be invited to share their own best practices, concerns or other information with the group, and networking will be the order of the day. It was explained that the first instalment was a sell out, so those who are interested may want to purchase their tickets well in advance. Both WIBASC members and the general public are welcome to take part.
An event where there will be networking can offer a lot of value to its attendees. Business Cards and other marketing materials are often exchanged during these gatherings.
This opportunity for Sherwood Park’s business women to support one another is scheduled for May 14th. It will be hosted at the Sandman Signature Hotel Sherwood Park, and will begin at 11:00 am.
