The farms and other agricultural operations that surround Sherwood Park provide lots of fresh fruits, veggies and other freshly grown food. These will be the foundation of the menu for an upcoming local event.
Chef Levi Biddlecombe will be showing off his culinary talents during an evening that will showcase produce and other ingredients that are locally sourced. It will consist of five courses, and guests will be treated to a sit-down dining experience.
The meal will open with appetizers and a charcuterie board filled with local meats, cheeses, breads and condiments and this will be shared among guests. This will be followed by a petite plate and then an entree of wild board accompanied by seasonal veggies will be served. This will all be topped off with a dessert of cake decorated with edible flowers.
Only 50 seats are available for this event, which is intended for adults only. Tickets are $125, and this includes food, beverages and a gratuity. Casual dress is suggested for the occasion, and the doors will open at 6pm. Printed Menus and other products for an occasion like this can be supplied by local Print shops.
