Printing services in Sherwood Park, Alberta, will be interested to note that a Calgary provider of Print knowledge management systems has partnered with Toshiba on the launch of a new product. Preo Software Inc. and Toshiba have put out a co-branded release of a new services offering by the name of Printelligence.
First previewed last summer at Toshiba’s LEAD2010 events, Printelligence shows people what is possible through "managed end-user printing"; this new services offering is founded solely on Printelligence MPS. Moving forward, there are plans to more intimately tie this new services offering into Toshiba’s larger managed Print direction.
According to Gary McCone, the CEO and president of Calgary’s Preo Software Inc., he is quite happy with the long-term partnership with Toshiba on account of Toshiba’s storied history in the MPS space. He also confirmed that his company would be an integral part of Toshiba’s program, starting with mere assessment all the way to further account management.
Toshiba’s vice president of marketing, services and solutions, Bill Melo, was equally pleased. He said Toshiba mindfully screened many different solutions, but then finally settled on Printelligence because it best satisfied their requirements for an end-user solution that is flexible.
The market leader in providing enterprises, managed Print service providers, and certain OEMs with Print knowledge management systems, Preo Software Inc. is a Print technology company that has been in operation for only seven years. It possesses office in Canada as well as the United States.
