Annual festival to celebrate music in Sherwood Park

The Toadstool Festival is taking place in Sherwood Park this weekend. It is a presentation of the Toadstool Music Studio and a portion of all proceeds will benefit the Strathcona Christmas Bureau.

There will be a variety of activities for visitors to take part in at the festival, with a photo booth, free refreshments, hands-on cookie decorating demonstrations, arts and crafts and a 50/50 draw all sure to be popular. Several of these will have an extra participation fee.

Guests who attend the festival will also learn about the various music programs offered by Toadstool. The studio provides instrument lessons to those of all ages, and the programs are either carried out in a class setting or in private rooms.

It's likely that the organizers of the festival will go all out in decorating the studio for the day. This might include investing in services such as banner, sign and poster printing from Sherwood Park Print companies. Banners can be used to highlight specific areas or to recognize sponsors of the event, and Signs and Posters are often positioned at the entrance to let people know what is taking place inside.

Whatever product they invest in, it should have the result of making the show more attractive to visitors.

The Toadstool Festival is being held at Toadstool Music Studio on Sunday from 12:00-3:00pm. Admission is a suggested donation of $3 per person. To learn more about the event and its activities, call 780-902-3745.
