Edmonton market to showcase area talent

The first Hazeldean Artisan Market has been scheduled for Edmonton, and the public is welcome to stop by and check out all that will be on offer for them.

The activity, which is on the way for mid-February, will be filled with local vendors, making it easy for the public to show some love to these small businesses. Everything from crafts to food and art will be in the mix, and admission will be free.

The pop-up sale, which will run throughout its scheduled weekend, will put area makers in the spotlight, and those who are hoping to find a unique gift to give for Valentine's Day will find lots of ideas to inspire them. Food can be purchased on site, and an indoor seating area will be set up. To help the event create an even more positive impact in the community, donations for the Edmonton Food Bank will be collected, and members of the public have been asked to be as generous as they can in support of their neighbours in need.

A maker’s market gives small businesses some time in the spotlight, and are often well attended. Packaging supplies and other custom materials for a market stall can be prepared by local Print shops.

The first Hazeldean market of 2024 is set for February 10th and 11th at 9630 66 Avenue in Edmonton. More information about the event can be found on its online listing.
