Edmonton Fire Rescue Services is a group of everyday heroes that help to keep the community safe, and it has a schedule of open house-style events on offer throughout the summer months.
The firefighters will be welcoming the public throughout the summer for the Fire Station Open Houses and Tours series, and each will run from noon until 4:00 pm. They will be free of charge to attend, and children are welcome to come along with a parent or guardian.
Each of the events will provide a sneak peek into how the stations operate, and the attendees can view the fire trucks and other equipment, meet the firefighters and other staff and learn about the steps they can take themselves to prevent fires. Eight instalments have been arranged, and there is also an option for larger community groups, clubs and classes to book a full tour. These can accommodate up to 25 visitors.
A brochure printing company will be pleased to prepare materials to distribute to visitors at open house events like this that include information, as well as full-colour photos and other design elements.
Edmonton Fire Rescue Services will be hosting its series of Fire Station Open Houses and Tours on various dates from June 1st to September 21st. The City of Edmonton website offers a full listing of these, as well as location details.
