An activity that will breathe new life into old birdcages will soon be held near Edmonton.
Salisbury Greenhouse will be holding a Birdcage Planter Workshop, and no experience is needed to participate. All of the instruction and materials will be provided to the attendees, and everyone can customize their piece so it will be truly unique and can be proudly displayed at home.
The learners will find out how to choose succulents or tropical plants that tend to grow well together and have similar care requirements to put into their birdcage planter. There is no fee being charged for the instruction other than a deposit that will hold a seat in the class. This can be used as credit towards the purchase of plants. The session will run for two hours, and it will begin at 2:00 pm.
Learning some new horticultural techniques may be a lot of fun. A workshop like this provides a chance to do so while meeting other green thumbs, and flyer printing companies can be helpful partners in promoting these activities to the public.
This hands-on planting class will be on offer near Edmonton on April 23rd. It will begin at 2:00 pm, and anyone who would like to participate can purchase their tickets now. Salisbury Greenhouse is located at 52337 Range Road.
