Calgary’s creatives are invited to submit their application now for a pop-up market, and with lots on offer at one location, it is expected it will draw quite a crowd.
The organizers of the Golden August Makers Festival have issued Invitations to one and all to drop by for some retail therapy, and it will run for three days. The event can be a fun way for everyone to get a head start on their holiday shopping, and there will be plenty to browse through.
Interested vendors may submit a request to book a sales space, and set up will begin at 8:00 am on all three days. Spaces can be booked for as many days as required, and drink vendors and food trucks are encouraged to take part along with the crafters and makers. Spaces start 10’ x 10’ and go up to 10’x 30’. Larger spaces may be available on request. Chairs and a table are included with each space booking.
Community markets may attract lots of attention, and a poster printing company will be happy to help build the buzz.
The Golden August Makers Festival will open its gates on August 21st and it will wrap up on August 23rd at 2244 Chicoutimi Drive Northwest in Calgary. Interested vendors can find out more through its Eventbrite listing.
