Whisky Wander and the Black Cat will be partnering to bring together an international collection of whiskies in Calgary, and both experienced tasters and those who have never tried it are invited to have a taste.
Nolan and Calin, who are Certified Whisky Ambassadors, have gathered a collection that features whiskies from Scotland, Canada, and Japan, and will introduce their choices to the evening’s participants. Those who take part will have a chance to sample them, while at the same time learning more about them, how they are made, and what makes them special.
The organizers have planned for this to be a casual evening that offers something for both the novice and experienced taster alike. In addition to the whisky, a selection of food to enjoy will be provided by The Black Cat. A company that produces custom Drinkware can create special pieces for use during an event such as this.
The cost to participate is $60.00, which includes, the samples of the whiskies, the food, and also the gratuity. For those who will be driving to the event, free parking is available on the street after 6:00 pm.
The 3 World Whiskeys - A New Tasting Experience has been scheduled for October 22 at the Black Cat Bar and Grill, which is located at 635 6 Avenue Southwest. It will begin shortly after 6:00. Tickets can be purchased through its Eventbrite listing.
