Building work is currently underway on a structure in Calgary that has been designed to help bring music to the city and the rest of the country.
The National Music Center will operate 365 days a year and will give musicians a place to play, and even try out some of the facility’s collection of older musical instruments and recording equipment. Some of them have a rich history, and have been used by such famous groups as Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, and many others.
Live music enthusiasts will be able to hear tunes seven days a week at the King Eddy venue. Different genres will be featured, depending upon what is going on in the city and who is available to play. There are also plans to offer programs and concerts for kids on Saturday afternoons.
When a major facility such as this opens it often requires many different types of promotional materials and other printed items, such as pamphlets and Brochures. Professional brochure printers can provide these.
The center is scheduled to open in 2016, and much of the $116m dollars that has been raised so far – to help build the facility and cover the opening costs – has come from donations and fundraising efforts. According to its CEO, he believes it will provide a welcome boost to the city’s economy, which has recently been experiencing a downturn.Get a Free Quote for Brochures
