Calgary Zoo to welcome local wine lovers

After the general public has gone home at the end of the day, guests will begin arriving for a special evening planned for the Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo.

The institution will be hosting a wine tasting evening, and it will feature an assortment of bites to eat as well. It will be limited to adults only, and it could be a fun idea for a date night or time with friends.

In addition to enjoying the refreshments, the guests can view the animals and stroll the gardens, and live musicians will supply the entertainment. The wines will be sourced from both Canadian and international wineries, and early bird passes will be available until July 15th. After this, both general admission and VIP passes will be on offer for the regular price.

Along with the rest of the food, beverages and other fun, those who opt for a VIP pass will be able to access additional food stations, as well as premium wine samples. This portion of the experience will be hosted by Calgary’s Spirits Beer. Those planning a special occasion like this may want to consider ordering tasting glasses and other gifts from area Print shops.

This adults-only evening fundraiser for the Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo is set for July 28th. The doors will open for the event at 5:00 pm.
