This October, Calgary will be celebrating its small businesses and the role they play in the economic life of the city, and an expo has been planned as part of the agenda of events.
During the Small Business Calgary Conference, owners and other stakeholders will have an opportunity to network, share best practices, learn from experts in the field, and find out more about what their local economic community has to offer them. There will be a large expo and well as an assortment of learning opportunities, and the evening will be capped off with a special awards dinner. The planners of this function noted that it will be the largest one of its kind that will take place in the city this year. The keynote speaker for the day will be Matthew Corrin, who is the Founder and CEO of Freshii.
