Boreal Cuisine will be hosting an elegant evening for Calgary diners. The meal, which will have multiple courses, will feature harvest inspired dishes that have been crafted by Chef Wade and his crew. The diners will also be able to enjoy the wines, locally produced beers and cocktails that have been selected to accompany the different dishes. It has been planned as a leisurely event, with lots of time for conversation between their diners as they enjoy the food.
According to the event’s organizers, while any of the ingredients used will be sourced form local farms, breweries and other establishments, the recipes used will show an international flair. The ticket price for the evening as been set at $150.00 each, and everyone is invited to come to this event that will highlight all the areas has to offer.
