An event aimed at supporting businesses who would like to become defence industry suppliers will be taking place in the Rockingham area this August.
Titled the “Office of Defence Industry Support (ODIS) Business Briefing”, the business networking event is catered for businesses aiming to understand the steps to becoming defence suppliers, along with the benefits of getting accredited, and the process and support available to SMEs (small and medium enterprises).
The event will also feature a previous attendee of the ODIS Business Briefing to share the journey of becoming a defence industry supplier and answer any questions attendees may have.
According to the ODIS, their core function is to provide advisory guidance and mentoring services to SMEs through industry engagement teams across Australia.
A supply of high-quality and professionally branded Business Cards can be a great tool to facilitate new connections and follow up with these in the aftermath of business networking events.
The “Office of Defence Industry Support Business Briefing” is being organised by ODIS, as well as Melville Cockburn Chamber of Commerce (MCCC) and the City of Cockburn, and will be held at the Melville Cockburn Chamber of Commerce at 11 Wentworth Parade in Success.
The event will take place on Thursday, 8 August, from 7.00am to 9.00am, and admissions will be charged at $21.21 AUD per person (for MCCC Members) and $31.74 for non-members. The admission price includes morning tea.Get a Free Quote for Business Cards
