The Savage Angels evening has been put together to address some of the issues that young girls may struggle with. This can include, but is not limited to, social anxiety, stress, reliance on social media and lack of confidence.
By addressing personal development, the goal is to enable girls to be able to confidently blaze their own trail and become the heroines of their own life story.
Developing resilience is key to being able to deal with setbacks at all ages. The parents or carers of the girls are also requested to be in attendance, so the evening may be quite impactful. It is not classed as a social event, so people are encouraged to turn up in their family groups, rather than as a large contingent.
A parent who previously attended a Savage Angels event enthused:
“Absolutely fantastic. No sugar coating - genuine, honest presentation, allows great conversations to be started. Very helpful and assists in putting the important things into perspective.”
Local community events are often advertised by the means of printing services within the locality where they are taking place.
This Savage Angels event will be taking place on Friday, 23 August, from 7pm until 9pm. The venue will be the Gary Holland Community Centre, which can be found at 19 Kent Street in Rockingham.
