Tottenham area to enjoy fresh market produce

A popular farmers market taking place close to Tottenham is holding a special event where visitors can enjoy a bite to eat and shop for fresh produce.

Food fans in the suburb can attend a dining event taking place in nearby Kensington this winter. Organised by the Melbourne Farmers Markets, the occasion is entitled “Market Brunch” and brings the much-loved meal served between breakfast and lunch to a local market setting.

Alongside the brunch offering beings served up, foodies visiting will find a variety of vendors onsite selling locally sourced market produce. Companies booking booths and stands at local markets to showcase their goods sometimes call upon business card printing services to create professional calling cards they can pass to potential new customers.

Designed for people seeking to connect with the local Melbourne food scene, the event will also feature several food makers in a show and tell session that lets them share their stories, skills and culinary craft.

The Melbourne Farmers Markets brunch will now be held at the Younghusband Precinct on Sunday, June 7. The event will get underway at 10 am and will run until 2 pm. The market is free for all to attend, and the landmark venue is situated 2/50 Elizabeth Street in Kensington, which can be accessed from Tottenham via State Route 83.
