World famous dog trainer Michael Ellis will soon be returning to Tottenham for a three-day seminar focused on training theory and how to implement play as a form of training.
Ellis has over 40 years of experience training dogs and teaching training adapted to a wide variety of needs. His credentials range from competitive sports training to police, military and search and rescue dogs, as well as specialised service dog training and day to day pet dog training.
Aimed at professional dog trainers, handlers and owners, the seminar will explore two key topics. Principles of Behaviour Modification will explore how and why different training methods are effective, revealing the theory and science behind behaviour modification programs and highlighting the need for solid foundations in any training.
The second workshop, The Power of Playing Tug, will explore how trainers and owners can use play as behaviour reinforcement, how to establish rules in play and how to effectively communicate these rules with the dog.
Educational seminars like this one can be a great opportunity for professionals to connect with peers and potential customers while refreshing their skills. Business Cards can be a useful tool in these situations to exchange contact information and take advantage of otherwise brief connections.
The Michael Ellis experience will come to Tottenham from Friday, 17 until Sunday, 19 October, taking place at Tottenham Parade.Get a Free Quote for Business Cards
