Family favourite event, NYE Fireworks in Footscray Park will be back again for 2019.
Organisers are promising great entertainment, rides, carnival games and food trucks. Master of Ceremonies for the event will be comedian and writer, Sami Shah.
The night’s entertainment will kick off with a special act for children, The Amazing Superhero Show, where children will discover what they need to be a Happy Hero. This is the mission for the stars of the show The Giggler, Smart Girl and Mighty Man.
BigCityBeat – The Stuck in the 80’s Show will feature hits from Michael Jackson, A’Ha, Madonna, Cyndi Lauper, Whitney Houston, Van Halen, Wham, Joan Jett, Bon Jovi, Katrina and the Waves and more. Expect to see big hair, lycra and fun 80’s fluoro.
Lamine Sonko and the African Intelligence plan to keep everyone on their feet and dancing to their big band sound. Events such as this are often promoted using poster printing services.
The night will draw to a close with a tribute to the Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll, Tina Turner, which will include a seven-piece band and the songstress’ greatest hits. It will then be time to look to the sky for the grand finale.
