Geelong festival to celebrate classic cars

Residents in Geelong will want to start their engines ahead of the Geelong Revival Motoring Festival, set to take place at the end of this month.

Hosted on Geelong’s picturesque waterfront, hundreds of awe-inspiring cars and motorcycles will be hitting Ritchie Boulevard at this family-friendly event. Classic boats and vintage aircraft will also be on display, guaranteeing something for every kind of motoring enthusiast over the course of the weekend.

Events like this may utilise banner printing to promote sponsors and ensure important information catches the crowds’ eye.

Thrill seekers can enjoy two full days of high-octane fun with over 300 cars racing the iconic curved quarter-mile, performances from stunt teams, over 1000 display cars at Shannon’s Classic Motor show and a massive display of bikes at Motorcycle Mecca with daily judging.

Rounding out the celebration will be live music, entertainment and a great selection of food vendors throughout the event. There will also a competition where guests can dress up in their best vintage attire to win awards for best-dressed over the course of the weekend.

General entry is free, or patrons may opt to get behind-the-scenes access with Pit Passes, which are available from $25.00 per adult, or $60.00 for families.

Race on down to Geelong Waterfront, Ritchie Boulevard on the 25th and 26th November from 7am to take part in this classic event.
