On the weekend of the 14th-15th of January, Geelong Showgrounds is set to host one of the biggest displays of classic cars, trucks and other machinery in the Classic Truck and Machinery Show. Geelong is one of the most varied, small cities in Australia with a thriving arts, sports and cultural scene.
This event highlights the Vintage Machinery Section’s own collection of assets. There will be upwards of 15 fully capable steam engines, 12 oil engines, a collection of steam models, and even a Wool Scouring Machine. There will also be visiting car clubs and other related displays with Promotional Products.
The Vintage Tractor Pull arrives at the Geelong Classic Truck and Machinery Show once more for 2023, in what is its 8th year in a row. Over 70 tractors will be active in this event, showcasing the sheer power of the vehicles and machines that have been active in Australia’s farmlands in the last century.
The Classic Truck and Machinery Show is also famous as the event with the biggest showcase of vintage machinery and tractors in Australia that have been restored to working condition. This fact brings in tourists from around the country and from overseas.
The show runs from 14 January, 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM to 15 January, 09:00 AM - 04:00 PM.
