The Geelong French Festival, or Le Festival Francais de Geelong, will be held on October 29 and 30 in The Heights heritage house. This two-day festival event gives a chance to explore French culture, activities and cuisine in a family-friendly environment.
Le Festival Francais is an event run by dual hosts Alliance Francaise Geelong alongside the National Trust Australia. Alliance Francaise is a worldwide organisation celebrating French language and culture that runs classes and events throughout the year. Business Cards and social media promotion are welcome, and sponsorships are available for businesses.
This event is ideal for new language learners, curious foodies or students of French to expand their networks, try new foods or simple enjoy a family outing at The Heights. The Heights is a heritage property boasting beautiful spacious gardens and is often used for festivals and events. There will be market stalls and vendors dotted throughout the property.
Le Festival Francais will start at 10am on October 29 and conclude at 5pm each day. Ticket prices are $15.00 for adults and $7.50 for children.
