University students residing in Box Hill South are among many in the City of Whitehorse with an opportunity to benefit from a first home buyer’s seminar taking place in April.
Purchasing a home for the first time is a daunting experience as there is so much information to digest. Deakin University, in partnership with Bendigo Bank, have created the Deakin University Community Bank and together, they aim to arm students with comprehensive information to enable them to make informed decisions when purchasing their first home.
The free seminar covers numerous topics regarding the property market including eligibility, property market trends, saving for a deposit, home loans and repayment rates, fees and costs and government incentives for first-time homeowners.
The seminar will be presented by Rosanna Miguel, who is Deakin University Community Bank’s Relationship Manager. As a specialist lender, her insight will be invaluable to those attending the seminar. The event has proven to be popular amongst students in the past and spaces are limited, so booking is essential.
Students will leave the seminar with useful contacts to help them achieve their dream of home ownership. Realtors utilise brochure printing and Business Cards to advertise their services and properties for sale.
The First Home Buyers Seminar will take place at Deakin University in Burwood on 7th April from 10:30am to 12pm. Registration in available on Eventbrite.Get a Free Quote for Business Cards
