Box Hill South residents sought for local choir

Residents of the Whitehorse City Council area, including Box Hill South, are invited to join the Whitehouse Couch Choir.

The choir was formed during the lockdown conditions in Victoria as a way of connecting residents of the Whitehorse area together and reminding people that even in isolation, no one is alone, and there all always methods of connection in the community.

The first song released by the choir, “We’re All in This Together”, features over 50 people singing, signing Auslan and dancing. The message that “we’re all in this together” was chosen due to the ongoing lockdowns, and it is aimed to encourage residents and make them feel part of something bigger.

Now, the Whitehorse Couch Choir is on the lookout for people to participate in a very special Christmas event – the organisers are looking for households, families or individuals who work, live or study in Whitehorse to join the choir in time for Christmas to take part in the reimagined Whitehorse Carols Concert, which will take place online.

Online events like this will often use Graphic Design Services to ensure the online marketing for the event is eye-catching and memorable.

We’re All in This Together is available to view on the City of Whitehorse website, and expressions of interest for the choir can also be registered there.
