Australia’s renowned musical instrument maker Maton Guitars is welcoming visitors to embark on a tour this summer. This event will take guests on a voyage of discovery at the site, and attendees will be able to witness handmade guitars being created live by skilled craftspeople. These traditional methods of creation have been a part of the brand for more than 75 years.
The scripted text Logo Design of Maton Guitars is familiar to guitarists and musical aficionados all over the world. Many legendary artists have strapped on a Maton creation over the years, including the King of Rock and Roll Elvis Presley, who played a HG 100 in the hit 1957 musical Jailhouse Rock. The Beatles’ George Harrison was photographed with the MS500 Mastersound back in 1963 in his home city Liverpool, and Keith Richards played an SE777 on the Rolling Stones’ track Gimme Shelter, which featured on the album Beggars Banquet in 1968.
Maton’s founder Bill May once said:
“If you make a good guitar, the right guitar, people will want it.”
Tour attendees will get a behind-the-scenes experience and learn about the intricate process of making handmade guitars, which turns raw materials into exceptional musical instruments.
The tour will take place on Wednesday, December 18 at the Maton Factory on Clarice Road in Box Hill South.Get a Free Quote for Logo Design
