An American comedian known for his appearances in hit comedy films will be returning to his roots as a stand-up comic at an upcoming show in Melbourne.
Fans of film and comedy in Box Hill South will soon have an opportunity to see Rob Schneider on stage. For one night only, the much-loved American comedian will be on stage at a popular Melbourne theatre to perform live for antipodean audiences.
From arenas and stadiums to theatres and clubs, venues that present stand-up comedy often work closely with skilled flyer printing services to create engaging marketing materials.
After many years on the stand-up comedy circuit, Schneider achieved success as both a writer and regular cast member on Saturday Night Live (SNL), the renowned NBC comedy sketch series.
After leaving SNL, he launched a career as a comedy actor with supporting roles in Judge Dredd and Demolition Man. Following this, he claimed starring roles for himself in comedy movies like Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo, The Animal, The Hot Chick and The Benchwarmers. He also starred in multiple comedies alongside fellow actor Adam Sandler including The Waterboy and Hubie Halloween, among others.
Rob Schneider will now perform at the Athenaeum Theatre on Tuesday, June 4. The theatre is located at 188 Collins St, Melbourne and the show begins at 7pm.
