Locals in Box Hill South are preparing for an upcoming bird walk scheduled to take place in a nearby suburb next month.
The walk is in celebration of the Aussie Bird Count and the Great Southern Bioblitz. These two events are designed to connect locals with the surrounding native flora and fauna.
During the walk, attendees will learn about and record sightings of birds in the local area.
A light morning tea will be provided after the walk. Attendees are requested to wear walking shoes and appropriate outdoor clothing. They are also encouraged to bring water and to be prepared for the weather.
Participants are also invited to download the free iNaturalist app before the walk. This app is not required for participation, but it will enhance the experience.
Organisers of similar events can utilise brochure printing to advertise. Modern, professional Brochures can be used to provide details about an event, and to share information about an organisation and its purpose.
Breakfast with the Birds at Maranoa Botanic Gardens: Great Southern Bioblitz will be held on Friday, 24 October. The venue will be Maranoa Botanic Gardens, which can be found on Parring Road in Balwyn. Attendees are asked to enter via the Parring Road gate. The event's starting time is 8:00 AM and it will finish at 10:00 AM. Attendance is free, and tickets can be booked through the Humanitix website.Get a Free Quote for Brochures
