Comic book and record lovers from Box Hill South and surrounding suburbs will be delighted to know that Australia’s longest running fair is still scheduled to go ahead in May.
Previously known as the Camberwell Fair, this successful event has stood the test of time for over 27 years and now goes by the name of the Box Hill Fair. Over one million memorabilia enthusiasts have passed through the doors over the years, claiming it does not disappoint and provides heaps of bargains for collectors.
The fair attracts dealers from as far as Sydney, Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Tasmania and even the Northern Territory.
Some of the items on offer to attendees include comic Books that are hard to find, thousands of records and CDs, football cards, music Posters and memorabilia. The fair is a collector’s dream and offers memorabilia dealers an opportunity to make use of their Business Cards to distribute to attendees.
The Box Hill Fair runs this unique event at various times throughout the year at the Box Hill Town Hall. The next event is scheduled to take place on the 31 May, however should it be cancelled due to COVID-19, there are still two more events for attendees to look forward to in August and October.
