Logan City Council has given the stamp of approval to a master plan for the introduction of a major tourism precinct at Loghanholme.
Residents living within Logan City Council area suburbs, such as Slacks Creek, Queensland, are expected to welcome the plan, as it will put a range of fun activities to be enjoyed by the entire family at their doorstep.
The move, which could see the area develop into a major tourism destination, will consider a wide range of options, including the establishment of indoor themed attractions, adventure parks, wildlife attractions, outdoor event facilities, and more.
The designated site for the precinct is located on the busy Pacific Motorway thoroughfare in Loganholme – a position that will provide ongoing exposure to potentially thousands of motorists who travel the route every day.
The production of promotional material such as Flyers and Brochures by local printing companies could also assist in spreading the word.
According to Cr Luke Smith, the master plan has the potential of creating a thriving and vibrant tourism hub at the site.
He said the existence of unique ecotourism and river opportunities added to the plan’s appeal, and would contribute in creating a positive economic outcome for the future.
Being set on the banks of the Logan River and centrally situated between the Gold Coast and Brisbane adds to its appeal for tourism operators, potential investors and visitors.
The site is expected to offer multiple uses, such as encouraging a healthy lifestyle and hosting major events.Get a Free Quote for Flyers Get a Free Quote for Brochures
