An experience geared towards dads with their daughters is taking place at a brewery in Slacks Creek that lets them learn basic hair styling techniques.
Fathers and father figures in the area can attend the event called Dad Mode: Braids and Beers. Running in the suburb as a relaxing afternoon this winter, the session will let attendees connect with other local dads with a beer while picking up simple but useful hair skills.
Promising no parental advice or awkward networking, the practical event is operated by Brisbane-based fatherhood community Dad Mode and aims to aid modern dads to feel more confident and able to help at home with their daughter’s hair.
