The ‘A Song for You’ show, featuring Thomas Armstrong-Robley, will bring the music of Broadway theatres and Las Vegas lounges to the Slacks Creek area.
Part of the Logan Entertainment Centre’s daytime concert series, the shows offers a mix of hit songs made famous by well-known artists such as Elvis Presley, The Bee Gees and Frank Sinatra, as well as those popularised by more recent artists like Michael Bublé. It also features songs written for the stage and screen.
Born in England but raised in Australia, Armstrong-Robley trained at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music. He has starred in and directed stage shows, developed cabaret performances and has been a headline entertainer for a range of global cruise lines. During the pandemic, he produced a weekly podcast about the entertainment and creative industries.
The Silver Series daytime performances at the Logan Entertainment Centre allow concertgoers to choose cabaret seating, which includes morning tea, or standard tiered balcony seating. Lunch is also available on-site after the show.
