Comedy fans from Slacks Creek and other suburbs of the city will soon get the chance to see Vietnamese-born Australian comic Ahn Do perform live at the Logan Entertainment Centre. Venues promoting stand-up comedy shows sometimes employ expert flyer printing services to design and produce attractive advertisements that call in the crowds.
The author, comedian, actor and painter is now bringing his bestselling book entitled “The Happiest Refugee” to audience members from around the city in a live-show format. The upcoming event relates Do’s personal experiences and anecdotes via a mix of real-life recitations, stand-up comedy, film and photography.
Both the comedian’s book and stage show have enjoyed critical success. Actor Russel Crowe commented that The Happiest Refugee was the most inspiring and surprising book he had read in many years. Reviews of the live show have also impressed the press.

The Happiest Refugee will be performed live by Anh Do at the Logan Entertainment Centre, 170 Wembley Road in Logan Central on Friday, May 13. The show will start at 8 pm and end at 9.30 pm.
