Contemporary club and dance enthusiasts of yesteryear will probably be keen to attend the upcoming nostalgic DJ evenings promoted by The Ministry of Sound in August.
The Ministry of Sound is synonymous with the DJ/electronica/trance music scene of the 1990s to the present day, where every night is party night. With an abundance of talented DJs, the Ministry of Sound has fans all around the world. From its humble beginnings in a disused bus garage in London, the club was the first of its kind in the UK to have a 24-hour licence, a no-alcohol policy and a specially created state-of-the-art sound system with industrial-strength soundproofing installed in the building in an effort to not disturb the neighbours.
At the Ministry of Sound: Testament 2023, clubbers are likely to encounter world-renowned DJs such as Barbara Tucker form the US and Tall Paul from the UK. Australian DJs such as John Course and Groove Terminator will also be part of the heady mix to keep the dance floor humming. Ministry of Sound graphics are instantly recognisable to fans and will likely be used by local printing services on promotional material for the evening.
The Ministry of Sound: Testament 2023 is taking place on Saturday, August 12 from 8pm until 3am on Sunday, August 13. The venue for the event is the Fortitude Music Hall, located at 312-318 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley, QLD. Tickets can be purchased from $89.
