Fortitude Valley to hold digital innovation event

A recurring festival focused on cutting-edge digital technology is being held at an indoor events space in Fortitude Valley this year.

The area will present the 2026 edition of “Something Digital” in late winter. Described as the digital innovation event for the year, the upcoming event is the ninth annual festival to date.

The multi-date conference will feature more than 80 speakers, two stages, practical masterclasses, a selection of free food and drinks and a chance to network with representatives from key companies in the digital world.

Professional people attending industry events often count on experienced business card printing services that can create quality cards that command respect from potential new colleagues and clients.

The theme for 2026 is “Shaping the Paradox Era”. At last year’s event, organisers explored how machines and humans think, collaborate and create. Now, as machine and human intelligence combine, the festival will look at the new reality emerging: contradiction.

Something Digital 2026 will now run at the Tivoli on Tuesday, 25 and Wednesday, 26 August. The event starts at 8 am and ends at 5 pm on both days and the venue is sited at 52 Costin Street in Fortitude Valley.

The price of admission ranges from $437.72 to $599 depending on ticket type. Group saver options are also available that offer a discount of 10 to 15 per cent.
