Fat Freddy’s Drop has been making its mark with a 37-show tour of Europe in 2024. A tour of Australia is now on the cards, in support of the latest album release, Slo Mo. Known for the collective live performance, saxophonist Chopper Reeds is quoted as saying;
“Slo Mo is the strongest studio representation yet of a Freddy’s live show. It captures the undefinable Freddy’s sound. Usually we take the stage to the studio and this time, we’re excited about taking our studio creation onto the stage.”
Having delivered over 1000 shows, the band are comfortable on stage and look forward to sharing songs from Slo Mo, which was released first as a double vinyl product on 25th October 2024, and is now available as a CD and on streaming platforms.
As well as the laid-back vibe of the show, fans will likely also to be able to purchase Promotional Products on the night, such as tee shirts, hoodies, tote Bags and vinyl.
Fat Freddy’s Drop, the Slo Mo album tour, is appearing at The Fortitude Music Hall, Brisbane, on Friday 14th March, with doors opening at 7pm. Tickets cost $99.90.
