Enthusiasts of the smash hit US sitcom, Friends, have an opportunity to head to Fortitude Valley in August for a night of entertainment and side-splitting theatre humour.
Friends! The Musical Parody previously took to the stage in Las Vegas and New York and proved to be an instant hit with theatregoers. Now Australian audiences can take a trip down memory lane with their favourite characters Monica, Ross, Rachel, Phoebe, Chandler and Joey as they meet in their neighbourhood café, Central Perk. Set in the 1990’s, the audience follows their misadventures as they navigate love, life, friendship and work in Manhattan.
Produced by Tobly and Bob McSmith, who have a list of musical masterpieces under their belts, the show selects and recreates the best moments from the sitcom’s ten-year stint and weaves them in with new twists that create unstoppable laughter.
Join the talented cast as they sing their way through hilarious, uncensored, fast-paced moments that promise to leave audiences laughing one moment and shedding tears of nostalgia the next. Described as smart, moving and funny, this delightfully naughty show is recommended for mature audiences due to the content.
Theatres make use of poster printing campaigns to create strong visual advertisements of upcoming shows and attractions.
