A partnership has been finalised between Automobili Lamborghini and Brisbane-based Willims Motor Group to be its representative for sales in Queensland. The Willims Group has been trading in Fortitude Valley for more than 14 years, and is known for its sales of luxury car brands including: Bentley, Lotus and Maserati.
It is the fourth Lamborghini dealership to be opened in Australia and coincides with a growth in sales. The deal means an expansion for the Willims Group with a new 300 square metre showroom opening on Ann Street in Fortitude Valley this month. The new showroom will showcase Lamborghini’s latest models, including the new Aventador SV which has already sold out in other countries.
Brochure printers will no doubt also be used to create high-quality information packs about the vehicles for potential buyers.
Lamborghini’s Country Manager for Oceania, Eginardo Bertoli, told specialist car website ‘Italian Car’ that the company was looking to further expand its market in Australia, stating:
“This new venture is the proof to Lamborghini’s strong commitment to further growth in Australia. We believe that Willims Motor Group understands and embodies the essence of the Lamborghini brand”.
The new showroom has already begun trading and an official event to celebrate the opening is due to be held in September.
