Dinner and dancing for a good cause at the Pink Ribbon Ball

The Pink Ribbon Ball, being held at the Perth Convention and Events Centre next month, offers a great opportunity to network, support and have fun for a good cause all at one event.

The ball, which is organised by the Momentum Forum, is held to raise money for the National Breast Cancer Foundation, which supports research into the prevention of, and cures for, breast cancer.

As well as a four-course banquet, there will be live entertainment on the night, including Soul Mystique - one of the finalists from television show Australia’s Got Talent. The couple performs an act based on proteanism or meta-morphing, which involves changing costumes at high speed in front of an audience without giving away how it is done.

The ball, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, will also feature a silent auction and raffle. Items include a trip for two to Paris and a new car. The best dressed lady on the night will be chosen as Belle of the Ball and a Prince Charming, selected from advance nominations, will also be announced.

For Bellevue residents, the ball offers the chance to have a great night out while raising money for a good cause. Local business owners who are thinking of attending should make sure their business card printing order is up-to-date, as the evening will also present some good networking opportunities.

The event will be held on Saturday, October 6, starting at 6.30 pm and running until late. To book tickets, visit the Momentum Foundation’s website.
