ITOC Australia is part of the Amazon Web Services partner network and helps Australian and New Zealand-based companies access and manage the cloud technology provided by Amazon including storage, e-commerce and mobile apps.
The company was one of 11 recognised in the Customer Obsession category of the awards, and were announced at Amazon Web Services’ global partner summit in Las Vegas this month. ITOC was the only Australian company of the 44 international partners recognised at the event.
The firm’s business director, Richard Steven, told IT news website CRN that the award capped a good time for ITOC. He said:
“It's been a whirlwind couple of years. Customer obsession for us is about being that trusted partner and not an organisation that blows smoke. It’s getting in the trenches with the customer and helping them realise the benefits.”
ITOC could capitalise on the recognition by adding its new title to Stationery and Letterheads, or by promoting it on digital Business Cards.
ITOC is one of just six technology companies in Australia recognised as Amazon Web Services partners, and had already won the Australian customer obsession award earlier in 2015.
