A specialised training facility in Brendale dedicated to powerlifting is presenting a round in one of its many annual competitions in spring.
Residents looking to witness feats of strength or test their own will not want to miss this upcoming event. Entitled the BNB Brisbane Strongman Series 2026 Round 3, the event offers entry to men, women and young people of different ages and skill levels.
Registered companies running sports contests often depend on experienced flyer printing services that can create eye-catching advertisements to post in gyms and fitness centres that entice athletic members of the public to compete.
Several strength contests will run on the day. These include the silver dollar deadlift, atlas stone, log clean and press and sled drag. Equipment will be set up onsite for competitors to use when warming up.
BNB Brisbane Strongman Series 2026 Round 3 will run at Brisbane North Barbell on Saturday, November 28. The competition will get started at 8 am and finish at 3 pm. The training centre is situated at Unit 4/7 Mackie Way in Brendale. The round costs $100 per person to participate in, but spectators are welcome to attend at no charge.
A Brisbane North Barbell Competition T-shirt is included in the price of admission, and medals will be awarded to competitors who place first, second or third.
