An event dedicated to the days of disco is coming to a social club in Prestons that invites attendees to arrive in 1970s fashion.
Residents can travel back in time to the disco era this winter with the event called the “Ultimate Dance Party”. It features both a DJ and a live band that specialise in playing hits from the ‘70s and early ‘80s.
Social clubs and other community-focused venues often work with Graphic Design Services to help promote their events using professionally printed materials like Flyers and Posters.
The evening features Australian disco show band, Disco Revolution and DJ Diggz, and those attending are encouraged to dress up for the occasion in their best flared trousers and platform shoes.
Diggz will set the party atmosphere with well-known disco tunes before the band takes to the stage. Music on the setlist is sourced from some of the biggest acts of the disco age including Donna Summer, Hot Chocolate, KC and the Sunshine Band, The Village People, The Bee Gees, Gloria Gaynor, Tina Turner and more.
The Ultimate Dance Party will now take place at the Liverpool Catholic Club on Saturday, July 11. The club can be found sited at 424 to 458 Hoxton Park Road in Prestons and the event will get underway from 8.30 pm.
